Email Manager
Hepsia's Email Manager is an all-embracing e-mail management solution, which will give you complete command over your mail accounts and electronic mailing lists. With this easy-to-navigate user interface, you can set up a new mailbox account in no time and administer its settings with ease. Additionally, you can forward emails from one mail account to another, activate mail filters, create autoresponder messages and secure your email boxes against junk e-mails.
Anti-Spam Protection
We have a server-side anti-spam filtering solution, so you can protect all your email boxes against junk messages. You can also change the anti-spam protection level from 'Very Low' to 'Very High' to ensure that no unsolicited e-mail messages will find their way into your mailbox. Your email messages will be filtered out based on their spam score. You can also decide whether an electronic mail message marked as spam should be deleted or redirected to a certain mailbox.
Email Filters
E-mail filters are ideal for filtrating your incoming mail messages based on specific criteria defined by you. Creating e-mail filters is extremely easy - all you need to do is fill out a simple form and your email filter will be activated and will go into effect instantly. You can easily create a filter for any of your email mailbox accounts and specify the filtering criteria according to your desire.
Email Forwarding
You can easily forward your incoming emails from one electronic mail account to another, or even to a number of other mailboxes. Simply select the mailbox you wish to redirect mail messages from, then select the target e-mail box and indicate if you wish to keep a copy on our mail servers.
Auto-Configuration Options
With the Email Manager graphical user interface, you can quickly configure the mail client of your liking to access your e-mailbox accounts. Just browse to the Auto-Config column next to the mailbox you would like to set up on your desktop PC or smartphone and click on the mail client that you want to use (Microsoft Outlook, Outlook Express, Mozilla Thunderbird or Apple Mail). Then a file will be created for you. Drag the file to your email client and the new mail account will be set up in a minute.

With the Email Manager interface, working with multiple email mailbox accounts simultaneously is child's play. The Email Manager interface will also allow you to quickly set up an autoresponder message - enter the message you want people to read and our system will take care of everything else. And if you would like to configure a catch-all mailbox - you can achieve that with a mere mouse click on the Catch-all icon.
